Lawrence is a 'jack-of-all-trades".  Recently (the past couple of decades), Lawrence has focus on adult education particularly in the fields of management and small business management. This has seen him develop and facilitate a Certificate IV in Small Business Management at Chisholm TAFE.  Currently he is developing online courses for TAFEs and private organisations
