Why include a presentation
Small business failure can almost always be attributable to a lack of management knowledge. Research shows us that the small business owner-manager needs a wider range of management skills (Jack-of-all-trades) and to a higher degree of expertise than the big business manager, as well a having an expert knowledge of their trade/industry. Increasing your management knowledge is positively related to growth but are often very costly.
We want you to grow so we are including a presentation on a small business management skill in each networking event. These presentations are being given by experts in their field and often by those who conduct formal courses on the same subjects
